Three incredible friends of ours Jerry, Waffle and Ivy left Miami for Port au Prince, Haiti yesterday; Saturday February, 6. Jerry and Waffle will be helping with relief and building efforts in Haiti for the next few months, Ivy will be there for the next 6 weeks. Ivy set up a blog to communicate their experiences with us and to create further awareness of this great loss. The link to the blog is posted under "Friends Are Monuments" in the sidebar. They will need our support in the days to come.

Big Things, Little Things

Hello everyone. On the sidebar under “Matters Of Urgency”there is a link to an organization called Partners In Health. This organization has been providing Medical support to Haiti and other nations in need for many years. If you came to the show on the 23rd a dollar per person is going to them. We will be doing everything in our power to make as many events that happen here somehow benefit this very important cause. Haiti’s culture and its people are an indispensable part of our community and this earthquake really hits home. It’s been wonderful to witness so many folks getting involved in one way or another and if there was ever a bandwagon to jump on, this is it.
